There was no hot water in the shower and it was very cold. The problem has not been resolved.

New and beautiful building, with leisure area on the rooftop, very beautiful!
When I arrived, I was given a very dirty apartment, full of dust, and the toilet was broken! I asked to exchange it and they immediately exchanged it for a clean apartment! Another unpleasant thing: check out is at 11am, but at 10:45 the cleaning staff were already ringing the bell.

Good location; ease of entry into the building and apartment; ease of booking; quick clarification of doubts via WhatsApp.
1. The Nespresso coffee maker did not fit into the sockets in the bedroom/kitchen, only in the bathroom; 2. Box too small; 3. I felt cold at night because the cover on the bed was very thin (it wasn't a duvet); 4. I smelled wet cloth in the room and had to open everything to get the smell out; 5. There was no connector or socket for connectors other than the national round. Normally not suitable for Apple devices.
